Zarellea is a website and digital product brand operated by:

Email: contact@zarellea.com. These terms describe the use of Zarellea.com and the product information presented here. Browsing this site does not place an order or subscribe you to a paid service.

2. Purchases are made through Lemon Squeezy

Lemon Squeezy acts as an authorised reseller. You buy through Lemon Squeezy, while the supplier provides the product and its licence. The purchase contract is formed through checkout under the Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms, which you should review before paying.

Lemon Squeezy handles charging your selected payment method, applicable transaction taxes, electronic receipts and transaction confirmation. Refund requests are handled under its terms and applicable law. We can help with product questions and access issues, but cannot promise a refund contrary to the applicable purchase conditions or restrict your mandatory rights.

Checkout-specific terms govern the transaction. These website terms do not replace them. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.

3. What you are purchasing

The current collection consists of downloadable English-language guides and planning resources. The Wedding Command Center includes PDFs and a spreadsheet; The Remote Work Capsule is a PDF guide created by UNIQISTIC. The product page states the contents, file formats and relevant requirements. These are not physical goods or instructor-led video courses.

Product images may use illustrative mockups. Devices, clothing, printed books and props are not included unless expressly listed. Check the full contents, compatibility and language before purchase. You need a suitable device and software for the supplied files. Optional third-party tools may have their own terms.

Displayed prices are in USD. Review the final amount and any tax shown at checkout before paying. The current products are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Any future recurring offer must be identified separately before purchase.

4. Licence and permitted use

Unless a product expressly states otherwise, you receive a personal-use licence, not ownership of copyright. You may keep your purchased files on your devices and use or print them for your own planning or learning. You may share relevant completed wedding-day instructions with people helping at your event as described in the product.

You may not resell, publicly redistribute, sublicense or upload the full files for others to download. Product branding, photographs, illustrations, text and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Statutory exceptions and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded are unaffected.

5. Delivery, withdrawal and product problems

Lemon Squeezy’s terms explain confirmation, digital delivery, refunds and the consequences of immediate digital access. For EEA consumers, loss of a withdrawal right for immediately supplied digital content requires the legally required prior express consent and acknowledgement. Downloading does not remove rights concerning defective or non-conforming content. Nothing here imposes a blanket “no refunds” rule or removes non-waivable consumer protections.

If a file cannot be accessed, is missing or does not match its description, contact contact@zarellea.com with the product name, order reference and a description of the problem. Do not send full payment-card information. For billing and transaction assistance, also use the support details in your Lemon Squeezy receipt or checkout.

We will investigate product complaints and provide a response or next steps. We aim to respond within 14 calendar days and observe any shorter mandatory deadline. Available remedies depend on the issue, the purchase terms and applicable law.

6. Using the website and contact form

You may browse the site and send a genuine enquiry without a Zarellea account. The contact form is a free communication tool; it does not place an order. Use a current browser, an internet connection and an email address at which we can reply. Essential session cookies protect form submissions. JavaScript supports optional measurement and privacy controls, but the form can be submitted without it.

Do not use the site or form for spam, harassment, malware, impersonation, unlawful material or attempts to bypass security. We may limit abusive requests. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and should send only information needed for your enquiry.

7. Information, external links and availability

Our guides provide general educational and organisational information. They do not replace personalised legal, financial, medical, tax or professional planning advice. Follow local requirements and obtain qualified advice where appropriate. Style illustrations are references and do not guarantee physical fit.

External platforms and optional retailer links are governed by their own terms. Availability and prices on those sites may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Privacy, changes and disputes

Our Privacy Policy explains contact data, cookies and measurement. Optional tracking requires a separate choice; using this site is not marketing consent.

We may update these website terms prospectively and display the effective date here. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an existing purchase. For disputes concerning this website, Polish law applies subject to mandatory protections in your country. Transaction disputes remain subject to the applicable Lemon Squeezy terms, without removing rights or courts available to consumers under mandatory law.
